From my initial visit to the dealership and discussing the car at MPM Motor Company up until I returned for pick up I felt as if I was a valued customer and was treated accordingly. After a phone call informing me that the car was ready, Michael offered to collect me from the station and bring me to the dealership, saving me from searching bus routes etc. I was then given a clear explanation of the work that had been done to comply with the MOT and advised of the warranty scheme before leaving with the car.

We've previously purchased 2 vehicles from MPM. This time we asked Michael to source us a 2 year old Fiat 500 Dolcevita. Michael quickly found a number of them and the one we chose was with him very quickly. They only source the best vehicles and when we collected it , it was like a brand new car. Michael also sorted our number plate transfer for us and had already changed the plates. We have a warranty and 1 years breakdown cover included.

100% satisfied! I was looking for a replacement car after an accident. having just moved house to a new area we were struggling to find the car we needed in the budget. After discounting the car on distance Michael contacted me to discuss delivery and the process he puts cars through to make sure they a worth the journey. I was not disappointed. Michael delivered the car in person after a small deposit. He didn't rush or push me and gave me time to try the car and ask questions before he handed the keys and money over. 5 days later I am still on cloud nine. I have a great car and honestly believe that if I have any issues that Michael will move mountains to help me resolve them. Michael is passionate about his business and understands the importance of reputation and is altogether a nice guy. After weeks of trying to source a new/nearly new pickup through the main dealer network for my business we stumbled upon MPM by pure accident. Even though we are based in the South of England 300 miles away the guys at MPM supplied a walkabout film detailing every small imperfection (of which there really was nothing to note and was so thorough i was almost bored by the end of it !), photos and responded immediately to all our questions. We ended up buying the vehicle without seeing it in person, risky, however when they deliverred the hilux a few days later it far surpassed anything we had seen at the main dealers including the customer service. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, how vehicle selling should be done.

Michael has been very helpful with the purchase of a car and making sure it was suitably presented. Minor imperfections were dealt with and he even assured me that he'd check other areas given my remote location on an island and the inherent problems with servicing etc. I know I've paid extra for this incredibly low mileage car, but stress-free motoring is worth a lot to me. The warranty is in place for 6 months and Michael has assured me he will do any work if it needs it. I doubt it will.

I had dealt with Michael before at Brysons.I had the pleasure of being his first customer in his new solo venture and can highly recommend every aspect of his service from start to finish.Sadly my car did develop a small suspension problem(which was fully covered by the RAC warranty)so I dropped it off and it was ready the next day and was returned nicely washed and hoovered as well.What more can I say other than total recommendation for Michael and his business.
